It makes it so easy to prepare meals, especially dinner. I can pop veggies in the top and cook chicken on the bottom. Once the timer is set there’s nothing else to do except relax until your meal is ready.
It’s easy to cook whole meals, but I can also toast bagels, and perform much similar kitchen functions too. It’s replaced many appliances in my kitchen. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
The only thing I would suggest for future improvement is to automatically turn on the “keep warm” function once the timer is up. Especially if the other timer for the other section is still running. All in all would recommend and purchase again. -

My wife has primarily been using it in her little shop to bake cinnamon rolls which make the whole shop smell amazing and entices people to follow their nose to the delicious smell. It’s really cool that it has two separate ovens so you can have different stuff going at the same time. Ninja is a known trusted brand, we love their blenders and have used them for years as well. We’ve been using this oven for a while and it has held up just fine. For a top-tier name brand appliance like this, the price is a steal, especially if you wait for a good sale.

Doesn't cook evenly or consistently

Keep warm and other mini-oven features were a bonus.
The top:
toast still takes too long, multiples longer than a standard toaster.
the keep warm function runs too hot. I measured it with a temp probe and it was around 225. That’s way to hot for a keep warm and will do a good job at overcooking your food.The bottom:
From what I can figure, it’s due to the fan being on the right side, so things don’t cook consistently from left to right. Just scatter some wings and you’ll see the zones. Wings on the right are getting dark while wings on the left aren’t cooked. Anything I try to cook in air fry mode comes out dry. By the time wings are done they’re hard and chewy. Turning the temp up to blast the outside just dries things out more.This air fryer / oven is useless, nothing comes out good. Bacon goes from crisp to burned instantly. Wings come out dry and hard. Chicken thighs come out dry. Reference is the previous air fryer / oven of a different brand where stuff came out great, so it’s not my air fryer skills.

Damaged with big dent – update to review

As for the oven, we are loving it! We bought it mainly for the air frying and it works very well. We use it almost everyday to air fry, chicken breasts, pork chops, turkey burgers, hamburgers, salmon, shrimp, etc. Cooks the food well and evenly. I do not know why some of the reviews say it is loud. I do not think it is at all. Its easy to use, just read the instructions and learn how. I would for sure recommend.
Delivered damaged. Huge dent on the side! This is going to be really hard to return because of the size/weight and torn box!!!
