The top oven takes a little longer to cook. The problem with the oven is that when you only cook in the bottom oven and nothing is cooking in the top oven you get a lot of moisture on the top door and around it. We have had the oven for almost a year now and the top around where the glass door seals looks like it is rusting from the moisture and we do wipe the top door off after cooking in the bottom. I would never buy another double oven again for this reason.
