Well… The display cannot show set temp and target temp when using the thermometer. Want to change the temp wile using the thermometer? Nope! You have to shut it off completely and start a new cycle. Very hard to keep the inside of oven clean. Pretty sad for an appliance in this price range. The sides and top get CRAZY HOT, adding a lot of heat to the room. Keep children and curious pets far away.
