Decided to try this product and so glad I did. The semi-open design of the bowl is so much better for larger cats so that they don’t touch the insides and the odour control feature works great.
This piece is very easy to clean and maintain.
I wasn’t keen on the side clips initially but it doesn’t bother me now and since getting this, I’ve saved so much time in cleaning and changing over the liner.
It might be better for 1 cat at a time, but even in multi-cat household, it would just mean cleaning it more often.
Sleek, modern design that is silent and the camera feature is a nice touch to see what’s happening if needs be.
If there was one observation, it would be that the waste drawer could have a ‘shake’ function like that sand does, to move waste to the sides of the bag don’t doesn’t pile up, and the app could pre-warn in advance when the liner needs changing, instead of stopping working when it’s full and won’t cycle until changed.
Still, a small concession for a product that works extremely well. -

I wanted to love this. I really did. I spent over $500 on this “AI-powered” litter box because I hate scooping, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. After 3 months, I’m throwing it out and going back to a $20 plastic tray.
Here is why you should NOT buy this:
The “AI” is Dumb: The sensors are useless. It constantly thinks my cat is still in there, so it won’t cycle, or it thinks the box is full when it’s empty. I get notifications all day that it’s stuck in a “pinch point” error, requiring me to go over and manually shake it or reset it.
The Smell is Unbearable: The “sealed” waste bin is a joke. It smells worse than a traditional box because all the waste is just concentrated in a warm, plastic bowl right in my living room.
It’s Not Maintenance-Free: The marketing says you don’t have to touch it. Lie. You have to scrub the inside of the rubber globe every week because waste gets stuck on the sides, and it’s a pain to take apart.
Safety Hazard: My cat is terrified of it. It’s loud, and more than once, I’ve seen it start cycling while she was trying to get in. Thank goodness I was home to stop it. I don’t trust this thing.
App is Useless: The app is just a way for the company to spam me with “error” notifications. It doesn’t help with anything.
This machine is a luxury product that does a worse job than a manual scooper. Save your money. Do not buy! -
