Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Convenient and Time-Saving: Several reviewers appreciate the self-cleaning feature, which reduces the need for manual scooping and saves time. The automatic operation is particularly helpful for busy owners or those who travel frequently.
  • Odor Control: Some customers find that the litter box effectively controls odors, especially with the built-in air purifier and carbon filters. The enclosed design also helps to contain smells.
  • Easy Setup and Use: Many reviewers mention that the litter box is easy to set up and that their cats adapted to it quickly. The app connectivity and features, such as monitoring litter box usage, are also seen as beneficial.

Cons

  • Malfunctions and Reliability Issues: Numerous customers report that the litter box frequently gets stuck, jams, or malfunctions, requiring constant monitoring and manual intervention. Sensor problems, such as the weight sensor falsely detecting a cat, are also common.
  • Poor Odor Control: Several reviewers complain that the odor control is inadequate, with smells leaking from the waste drawer. Some describe the smell as being worse than a traditional litter box.
  • High Cost and Subscription Fees: Many customers feel that the litter box is overpriced, especially considering the additional costs of replacement filters, bags, and subscription fees for advanced app features. Some find the subscription model to be a "scam" and not worth the money.

  2. Best Litter Box

I waited a week before writing the review. I have 3 cats. I was upgrading from another automatic litter box. I wanted to love it right away, but I couldn’t. It was easy to set up, no issues connecting to the internet. After the first few uses it was making a mess when cleaning. But after adjusting the cleaning time and setting the feature for cats that don’t cover their poop, it’s been great. It’s very quiet, there is no odor thanks to the fan and filter. Features that I absolutely love (1) the fan (2) is how easy it is to clean out the litter bin. Just remove the two Handles {?) and out it comes. So easy. (3) I like that the app lets you know that the litter tray is full. (4) I bought the litter mat and love how the litter box feet hold the mat in place. (5) Since it’s wide open, it’s easy to clean with colox wipes in between deep cleanings. The only thing is that it has an issue distinguishing between my black cat and tuxedo cat. The calico is not an issue. I love it now

  3. Weight Sensor will ruin every day for you.

This product will make sure your cats can’t use the litter box. Every morning I wake up to this litter box stuck half way in cleaning mode saying the weight sensor detects a cat. But my cats are not even in the room. There is no way to fix this issue besides unplugging it manually which I do every day now and have to check on the litter box 10 times a day to make sure it’s not stuck. When it’s stuck the cats piss on my floor or in the closet. I’m so angry this product has become a daily problem in our house. It makes life harder not easier.

First time buyer of an auto litter box. I love it and so do my 2 new kittens. They started using it right away without any coaching either. Worth every penny so far.

  5. Next-Level Clean & Smart Cat Care

This smart litter box is seriously impressive if you want to automate and upgrade your cat care routine. It uses AI-powered waste analysis to tell apart pee from poop and logs each cat’s litter habits, so you can spot health changes early and see which cat did what right in the app.

The auto-cleaning and odor control work well — it scoops after every visit and circulates air through carbon filters to reduce smells around the house. It can even recognize up to 10 cats individually, which is ideal for multi-cat homes.
Overall, it’s a high-tech, low-maintenance solution that keeps the litter box cleaner and your home fresher — especially useful if you have multiple cats or want health insights without scooping every day.

I love how it works, my cats took to it as soon as it was out of the box! However their app is a bit touchy and sucks when you loose signal and have to set it up again.
It’ll make you say not so good words.
    Their app definitely needs improvement

Not long after that, the litter box began to make a harsh scraping sound, and then completely stopped working. Now it has become a huge and expensive piece of decoration. Don’t waste your money. Don’t buy such junk products.

  9. Does Not Clean Thoroughly

    Review source: Amazon

The auto cleaning function is not thorough at all. It doesn’t clean properly—waste sticks to the walls and bottom, and small pieces are often missed. I still have to manually scoop the litter afterward, which defeats the purpose of buying an automatic litter box.
In addition, the gaps and corners are difficult to clean. It becomes even worse when the stool is soft or loose, making the cleanup more frustrating and time-consuming.

  10. Works great

So far so good. It came fully assembled, you just have to take off some packing foam and tape. I have three cats, at first they just walked around it but once I put some of their old litter in it and manually set one cat in it all three use it with no problem. The built in air purifier is great, you don’t smell any of the waste until you open the bottom waste bin and are reminded of how horrible it used to smell. I bought knock off waste bags that are a lot cheaper, but the bags with three cats last almost a week before having to dump.
