Pros & Cons
Pros
- Odor Control: Several reviewers highlight the litter box's ability to control odors, especially when used with appropriate clumping litter. Some reviewers mention that they no longer notice any litter box smell in their homes.
- Cat Acceptance: Many cats readily accepted and used the litter box, with some even enjoying watching the cleaning process. Some reviewers noted that their cats preferred this box over other automatic models.
- Convenience: Customers appreciate the convenience of automatic scooping, which reduces the time and effort required for litter box maintenance. The easy-to-remove waste drawer is also frequently mentioned as a positive feature.
Cons
- Reliability Issues: A significant number of reviewers report that the litter box stopped working or experienced mechanical failures (such as the rake getting stuck) within a few months of purchase. Some reviewers mention that the plastic parts are prone to breaking.
- Noise Level: Many reviewers describe the litter box as loud or noisy during operation, which can be disruptive, especially in smaller living spaces or at night. The noise is often attributed to the motor or the rake scraping against the box.
- Ineffective Cleaning: Several reviewers note that the rake does not effectively clean the litter box, leaving waste behind or pushing clean litter into the waste bin. Some mention that the rake doesn't reach the bottom of the pan, leading to a build-up of soiled litter.

Cheap
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.rache December 13, 2024Review source: AmazonFor as much as this costs, I thought it would be better quality. It is plastic, janky, loud, not sturdy whatsoever. I’m extremely disappointed, no reason this should be this expensive.

Life changing!
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Emily December 12, 2024Review source: AmazonIdk what I would do without this litter box! It makes my life so much easier! I bought this after hearing horror stories about the other automatic litter boxes that turn to empty clumps. This is much safer! I never have to worry about my cats. If it feels any pressure while emptying litter it stops immediately. I have one box and two cats. The bin fills in about 3/4 days so you’d definitely need someone to come empty it if you are away! I like being able to use unscented litter because this box leaves zero smell. I use a lot less litter and take it apart to deep clean about once a month!

A fantastic litter box
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Clutter Phobe December 4, 2024Review source: AmazonI love this box. The sides make the box deeper than the crystal version. I can use clumping litter instead of crystals, which my cat loves. Because I use the clumping litter it doesn’t stink.
The drawer is awesome because I can just pull the drawer out to empty the leavings and then put the drawer back and I don’t have to clean the whole litter box.
I find that I can put an entire box of litter into the container and it serves my cat for an entire month. This box is awesome.
As other reviewers say, it does scoop clean litter into the drawer. However, the convenience of the drawer overrides that problem. I also love that it comes with bags for the drawer the convenience of just pulling out the bag and replacing another bag is awesome. No scrubbing the drawer andhoping that the cat doesn’t use the box in the meantime is important to me.
The drawer is difficult to pull out and push back in. The design for that needs to be improved a little, I think.
The machine is a bit noisier than the crystal version, but not too much. Don’t all the machines make noise?
In the beginning, I had a problem with the rake. Then I actually read the instructions and then the rake was no problem at all. As other reviewers have said, I have had some clumps get behind the rake and had to scoop them out. Fortunately, I didn’t get rid of my manual scoop! I think it’s because the rake is too small. It needs to be a bit taller. Orthe rake doesn’t need to slant as much as it does. The clumps seem to go over the rake just before it reaches the drawer.
I have always had a litter mat in front of my litter box so I don’t notice an excess of litter outside of the box than before. I also ordered the hood so I don’t have any dust.
Overall, this box is fantastic. I had the crystal version before as I said, and I like this one much better. My cat didn’t really like the crystal version because it smelled after a week. The clay is soft on her paws. After a month of use, I still don’t notice any smell and I just keep refilling it after two months of use I emptied it because there were some small little pieces that don’t scoop. The clay is much cheaper than the crystals, soI am enjoying a great savings. If anyone is interested in a crystal scooper I have two that I’m not using.😂
