The company must be in cahoots with the litter manufacturers…never used so much litter in my life.
A pain in the neck to change and clean. You have to clean every day unless you want a mess. Disposal area too small. Poop gets stuck in the rake. I could go on…
Pass on this one. Mine just got put in the trash after 5 months of torture. Going back to a regular cat box. Much easier to clean!
I should have paid more attention to the “Made in China” on the side of the carton. -

All we’re asking for is a actual liter box that picks up urine & poop and we can’t get that on a consistent basis. It cycles 10 minutes after cat leaves which is not enough time for clumping liter to set up and grab urine and liter chunks break up through out the box, it won’t even pick up liter as seen in picture 1 and that is where the rake starts so when the rake comes back to rest the urine clumps in the rake against back wall and must remove by hand. Also when the rake starts from the back it should come down the back of the litter box, but it starts about an inch away missing urine causing the clumping on the back wall.
Why is this obvious to me, this had happen in testing. “Liter is small particles” Common sense the rake bars need to have less of a gap between them in order to do a better job. Urine & poop are working there way through the grates leaving debris behind and once again I need to clean up manually. Also each individual rake should have tiny scrapers attached at the end so when the rake starts it can grab urine off the back wall.
One last thing, very noisy. Older people will remember plug in can openers, this sounds like 5 running at the same time and poop tray lid has this pop/crack sound as it opens, I really enjoy that at 4am. Cleaning run time 2:35. If I decide to keep not sure on durability with this motor, it has a limited 1 year warranty which tells you everything you need to know about this product. If you make a quality product at minimum this should have a 3-5 year warranty, hell it just sits on the floor and has one job! -

I have two of these In The house for my seven cats. One is an older model where litter is scooped under a lid….I really prefer the one that is scooped into the drawer. So less of a mess and so much easier. I wish I could exchange the older for the drawer kind
