Pros & Cons
Pros
- Odor Control: Several reviewers highlight the litter box's ability to control odors, especially when used with appropriate clumping litter. Some reviewers mention that they no longer notice any litter box smell in their homes.
- Cat Acceptance: Many cats readily accepted and used the litter box, with some even enjoying watching the cleaning process. Some reviewers noted that their cats preferred this box over other automatic models.
- Convenience: Customers appreciate the convenience of automatic scooping, which reduces the time and effort required for litter box maintenance. The easy-to-remove waste drawer is also frequently mentioned as a positive feature.
Cons
- Reliability Issues: A significant number of reviewers report that the litter box stopped working or experienced mechanical failures (such as the rake getting stuck) within a few months of purchase. Some reviewers mention that the plastic parts are prone to breaking.
- Noise Level: Many reviewers describe the litter box as loud or noisy during operation, which can be disruptive, especially in smaller living spaces or at night. The noise is often attributed to the motor or the rake scraping against the box.
- Ineffective Cleaning: Several reviewers note that the rake does not effectively clean the litter box, leaving waste behind or pushing clean litter into the waste bin. Some mention that the rake doesn't reach the bottom of the pan, leading to a build-up of soiled litter.

Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Chris September 23, 2024Review source: AmazonDoesn’t hold enough liter. Cats hated it. Kinda cheaply made. One of my cats urinates large amounts at a time. Take gets stuck. Had x 1 week. Doesn’t work well. Not impressed at all. Now stuck with it. Went out and bought liter boxes. Ugh.

Horrible
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Cynthia September 23, 2024Review source: AmazonI literally threw this box in tge dumpster after 2 months. The pee coats the bottom of tge box and the rake just makes the big clump if hardened pee the shape of the whole box and u have to get a METAL SCOOPER to pry it up and get it out. I ordered an electric litter box for less work. This was more.

Noisy
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Elizabeth Leontescu September 21, 2024Review source: AmazonIt does what it should but it makes a lot of noise. Keeps the smell down. No scooping just pull out the drawer and dump it. Works as it should but a medium quality for the price. Not meant for more than two cats. Fits in a small space easily.

Wish it was reliable
Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.W. Wirta September 18, 2024Review source: AmazonIn concept this is a good product. Unfortunately its reliability, from my experience, is low. We eventually just unplugged it and used it as a normal litter box. The rake kept getting stuck and we tried numerous litters, very careful to put in the recommended amount and keeping it clean. We tried our best, but this product just wasn’t reliable. So, it became a very inexpensive non automatic litter box. Maybe spend more money if your looking for one of these.

Also on the other ones I have the litter is sticking on the bottom of the box and the rake. I bought several.. can not get a hold of the company they want me to troubleshoot and I have done everything.

Verified purchase Verified purchase: This reviewer bought the product.Michael Baker September 9, 2024Review source: AmazonThe rake arm came disconnected from one side after 3 days with no way to reattach, and I threw away the box so don’t have a way to return it. Piece of junk and absolute waste of money.
