Two of them haven’t lasted even 6 months. The motor died in two of them. Luckily I was able to return one of them & get a replacement before the window closed. The second one shows the return/replacement window closed before 6 months. These sure are expensive to have not work in less than 6 months. I’m expecting the third one we have downstairs will die soon. It would be nice if they would send a replacement motor. We have been extremely careful not to overfill them and to keep the bottom scraped clean manually. Troubleshooting instructions were of no help. For this price, they should stand behind their product and replace a defective box for over six months at least.

I wish I hadn’t thrown out the box so I could have just returned it.
