I was upset, it was after the 30 day return from Amazon. I contacted customer service, they are in Texas. In a panic, I reached out to costumer service and they sent me paid return UPS and all I had to do was ship my Roborock Soros 10 back. They sent me a new one and I look forward to a great relationship with this relatively new company product. It is larger and had more power than the original versions. Thank you Roborock for supporting your products!

I had one cleaning robot a couple years ago for a while and trashed it pretty soon since it is not capable in taking care larger area. I will say the sera10 is a revolutionary product. It is smart enough to cover all the reachable corners and make the floor clean. The app is also very user friendly and incorporates a lot of AI settings, no worry about spending too much time figuring out the settings but you can if you are really interested. The quality of the material is good, will keep eye on the durability and reliability since I will need it to work for about two hours and half each time to clean the whole floor.

It has been cleaning well for the last month or so. The dust bag is big enough we haven’t needed to replace it yet. The water we replace every 3-4 days. Monthly maintenance is a simple 16 steps (with sub-steps if you do all of it – it is pretty involved!)
The disappointing things are that it didn’t come with everything. No little detergent or replacement parts other than dust bag. So if you buy this, you are also committing to buying the parts on a regular basis.
It is quite though, and gets up “hills” in the floor fairly well.
