PERFORMANCE – I must admit; this review was a bit intimidating. It gave me pause by the staggering features and capabilities of this true “Cleaning System”. There is good and there is the Roborock Saros 10, that in my view has established a new standard. I could do as some and rewrite the product description but that is not a review, so here is what stands out to me. The Saros 10, is so incredibly thin, it can clean where no upright has gone before! The Saros 10 has so many sensors which ensure nothing is missed. It is an absolute brute with high 22,000 Pa of pure suction power! A very big plus is this unit is not dependent on Wi-Fi and can operate anonymously. If there was a system you can almost completely forget yet gives dependable service, which is what most of us desire, here I what you need. The Saros 10 is simply top shelf. I know times are tighter and even more reason to get quality appliance instead of an ultra “bargain” at or below $ 100. You will get what you pay for, the result, a robot vacuum that bumps its way around the room seeming to have no sensors and has given my cat serious stress condition.
The Saros 10 system may cost a little more than that irresistible red tag special but you are purchasing a home cleaning appliance system and not a RC truck. The Saros 10 is one of those products that man rule number one must be violated, yes guys we need to read the instructions at least for the setup. A few minutes of reading will reward you with the ability to utilize all the amazing features of the Saros 10. The app is straightforward and easy to use. This is the robot vacuum and mop system that simply shames the competition! I recommend you research and read and not just buy. In conclusion, invest and don’t just buy. I would and am recommending this system to all my friends and family. It has taken me years to wake up and realize sometimes discount prices are not always a bargain. I give this product a strong, Buy! Buy!

A reviewer on a social platform often states, “He does not trust Amazon Reviews”. The gentleman is a great reviewer and makes very high quality content, however in this case I disagree strongly. Amazon reviews are dependable and useful. However, use common sense the lower the number of reviews the less accurate the score is. Products that are “Amazon Choice” have always been a winning selection for me. The Amazon review scoring system, lets you know what customers and reviewers like and dislike about the product you are considering purchasing.
I cannot state this enough but Amazon Vine reviewers have no reason or encouragement to favor or disfavor any product. Reviews are not edited by Amazon, unless they violate community policy, for example profanity etc., Amazon does not edit reviewers. The comment about Amazon reviews being questionable is somewhat debatable. I assume the comment made by the non-Amazon reviewer is referring to Amazon Vine reviews. I can’t speak for no one but myself, but if the day would ever come that I thought I was obligated to writing ads, I would move on. Dustballs everywhere!!!! Bad robot.

I found myself following the vacuum around every 15 minutes or so pressing the stop button. Emptying the dustbin.
Then I thought, what am I doing? I’m picking up after my own robot!

The Saros 10 restored my faith on robot vacs, particularly with mopping capabilities.This unit does everything the X50 could do but much better, the build quality is a grade or two above the X50, even the box layout is better and feels more premium.
The X50 ran so loud that my dog kept barking at it, the Saros 10 is noticeably quieter, it runs loud enough at max level that it gets my dog to move but not freak out, something to keep in mind if there are pets in the house.The object avoidance is surprisingly very good, most reviewers rank other models higher such as the X50 Ultra, yet the Saros 10 has not run over a power cable or hopped over a dog mat like the X50 it replaced.
The vacuuming is excellent, good enough to replace our Shark Vertex DuoClean and Dyson Animal 2. I have not compared the suction power side by side, but with more runs using the robot vac, it renders the hand vacs obsolete.
The mopping is even better than the vacuuming, it far surpasses the spinners of the X50 and the large spinners of my hand mop.
I was hoping for an option with a roller mop, but the vibrating pad of the Saros 10 does a great job on tile floors, if only it could penetrate grout like a roller could, then this would be the perfect robot vacuum.Just when I thought I couldn’t be more impressed, the app is what makes Roborock the best brand for robot vacuums.
It is easier to use compared to Dreame, has more functions, and it shines the most on the map layout. Unlike Dreame, you can modify rooms by merging or dividing, you can rename a room and set zones. The Dreame app only allows you to vacuum zones using the generic names assigned by the app.
The remote viewing function has audio and video, the Dreame only has video.Hopefully the Saros 10 will be reliable, if it is then it will be my best purchase ever.
I am glad I got it over the Saros 10R since the the vacuuming and mopping is slightly better, and I prefer the LiDAR navigation over the StarSight Autonomous System. -

It has no idea what to do or where to go so it just drives around aimlessly. It won’t vacuum my mats. It will start doing the perimeter of the room then decide it’s done and go to somewhere else completely random. It will eventually clean the whole area but it takes 2-3 hours where my old unit took 90min. Doesn’t see any cord or wire.

The only problem it has is cheap thin bathroom carpets. The app is mediocre, you can tell they spend most of their RnD on the actual vacuum. As this thing isn’t that large it doesn’t make too much of a noise, but it’s not dead silent when then motors are on. The durability issue it’s good, my 5 year old kept trying to play with it, stood on it before we turned it on and kept trying to hug it. Note that this was before it was turned on and functioning. The packaging was about half the weight of the entire box. Thing was well packaged and definitely could have taken a few hits and been fine.
