Easy to maintain, it also has a great app that makes it simple to set up a cleaning schedule. I have 2 dogs that shed a lot of hair and the vacuum removes all of it. The mop leaves the floor super clean without making the floors too wet and slippery. Highly recommend.

Sure, they can provide videos and offer answers to basic questions. They cannot and will not do anything for major issues beyond sending you a label and requiring the machine be sent back for sixty days for evaluation. This is fatal. If a company makes it hard to repair/replace the item and will not support their product then you have wasted your money. This was a new product with a defect in the water tank, easily handled with a part replacement which they refused to provide. Instead, they demanded I send it back for evaluation.

Great At Mopping
K March 18, 2025Review source: AmazonI expected more from this vacuum because of the crazy high price tag, but it’s okay overall. I previously had a shark, and it would get stuck a lot. It was pretty consistent though. The roborock doesn’t get stuck very often, but it does randomly stop and say there is something in the way when there isn’t. Last time it stopped right as it was about to go over the rug. Also, when I choose the After Meals clean after dinner, it misses sections of the kitchen and dining room. It seems sort of sporadic, roaming here and there to clean different areas. It’s really strange watching it try to clean in this mode. It’s fast but not super effective and looks like a vaccuum with some major focus issues. When it does clean, it does a good job though. I’m especially impressed with its mopping ability. It looks spotless- no streaks at all. This isn’t something I have ever been able to achieve by mopping myself. So the mopping feature alone is something I would get this vaccuum for. I highly recommend emptying the water tank immediately after cleaning, though, since the water gets really stinky if left in there even for a short time.

Impressive performance

I had the unit set up in no time, and was impressed with how straightforward it was to start vacuuming. After a quick mapping trip, the vacuum was able to navigate the house with ease. And with each subsequent vacuuming, its mapping continues to get better. Very pleased so far, and am excited with how clean it keeps our floors.

First Robovac
Tom March 14, 2025Review source: AmazonThis is the first time I’m using a robovac and, so far, have been pleased with the setup and operation. I was on a fairly steep learning curve but once I used it for a couple times, all became much easier.
The room mapping was impressive. It did a very quick job – to the point that I thought something was wrong. So, when I moved to the vacuuming function, I was impressed with the mapping job and the vacuum’s performance. It was able to clean the room from corner to corner and under furniture. It cleaned the floors and rugs very well.
I haven’t used the mopping function yet and will update the review once that’s done.
The app is fairly intuitive after the initial set up. I am able to control almost all functions using the app.
Although quite expensive compared to other similar products, the Roborock’s features has become the only way for me to clean my home these days. -

The app is very user friendly and the mapping/AI capabilities are impressive. It dodges all things on floor without issue and can mop most stains thoroughly. Mine actually didn’t come with the mop cleaning brush but customer service was extremely helpful.
