    I’ve been using this monitor for a couple weeks now and it’s fine if you’re only using the monitor. But I work from home and I purposefully purchased this one because of the built in camera, speakers, and microphone. But these elements are terrible, and such a disappointment because it’s from Samsung.

    The microphone won’t work if the camera is not popped up. The microphone will pick up the computer speaker (even if you have it set low) – there’s always some type of feedback, and the speakers sound so tin-ny – there’s no way to adjust the speakers and the computer audio does not adjust the monitor audio, if that’s how you have it set up.

    For how much I spent on the monitor and considering it’s from Samsung, I really expected this to be better. Unfortunately, I got rid of part of the packaging so I can’t return it. And now I need to find some better speakers that can actually be adjusted quickly instead of going into the monitor settings to adjust.

    I’m also annoyed with the camera, I have to adjust the monitor entirely to be in the frame. And then with the monitor pointing downwards, it’s an awkward viewing angle in case I want to look anything up during my call.

    For how much this monitor costs and considering who the manufacturer is, I had higher expectations. I definitely wouldn’t pay this much for this monitor again. Definitely better to get a good monitor and add on the microphone and camera.

    I love the actual monitor for the size clarity and ease of adjustment. My problem is that the webcam and usb port on back of pc do not work, I did buy this open box, but the condition said Excellent Geek Squad Certified. I have done all updates restarted etc to no avail. I did not have enough to buy the 80 dollar protection plan which is also why I had to buy open box, so when I try to get support they want me to pay, this is how they sent it to me, why do I have to pay!! I went to Samsung and they verified my purchase and gave me a limited warranty, which is basically sms assistance, looks like I am going to just buy a cheap webcam and be done with all the run around I am getting

    I purchased both this and the Samsung Odyssey OLED ultrawide and I ended up keeping this monitor as I use it more for work than for gaming and I did not want to risk the burn in on the OLED. This monitor is much thicker than the Odyssey OLED and definitely not as crisp, however it is also significant cheaper. The webcam does not add much value for me. You need windows 11 to use it and it has poor quality and you can’t angle the camera in anyway, so you might want to opt for the cheaper version which does not include the webcam. Otherwise I love this monitor, great value and perfect for an office setup.

    This monitor is excellent. It works perfectly with my laptop, iPad, and Steam Deck. The refresh rate is perfect for my needs – I use 60hz for gaming (I game with my Steam Deck, so it can’t do more than 60FPS at this resolution anyway, so this is fine) and 100hz for productivity with my laptop. The stand is great and has a ton of adjustability. It can pretty much twist and turn any way you could possibly want. The curve is also very natural which I love. The built in speakers get LOUD! They’re not the most bassy, but for my needs, they do the job! The webcam also works flawlessly and is decent quality as well for work calls. I’m a happy customer!
