I’ve played tested numerous games on the display from Hi-fi rush to Alan wake 2 and the screen coating leaves them looking hazy. It could be that I’m used to glossy displays, but it feels like this affects perceived contrast.
I tested motion having read a few reviews mentioning ghosting/black smearing and as of firmware 1641 the panel appears to have been tuned a little better and dark games like the Dead space remake on PS5 show no signs of ghosting.
For someone used to matte displays or someone in a bright environment the monitor would likely be incredible, but in my low light room it’s kinda a deal breaker.
