I got this as a PC monitor that I use connected to my work macbook pro during the day for work, and connected to my gaming PC after work for games.
My issues:
1. The first issue is the colors are pretty bad. I never really pay attention to the colors of the monitors ive owned over the years, but this one took a lot of tweaking to get it to look decent. reds look kinda brown, and text appears to have ghosting. just kinda not great.
2. My main issue with this monitor is how they tried to make it a “smart” TV. I dont care about all the smart features or the TV channels. But when I switch from my PC to my Mac, it ALWAYS assumes I am connecting a “game console” and turns on “GAME MODE” which makes all the colors super sharp and bad. so I always have to go into the settings and turn game mode off. Then half of the time it just fails to recognise my PC is plugged in, and I have to unplug and re-plug it in several times. It is by far the most annoying monitor experience I’ve had. I would return it if I was not so lazy.

I bought a m70b in 43 inches before this and it’s a night and day difference. This monitor has better HDR, brightness, Adaptive brightness, and the mini LED panel just looks great. I’m currently running a 4070 Super through a Razer Core X Chroma to this monitor and it’s going at full 4k @144hz. I’m surprised. I mainly use this for editing videos and pictures and I must say WOW. Samsung has a neat option to calibrate the screen with a Samsung Galaxy phone. Once calibrated the overall contrast changed and the colors were less saturated. I highly recommend this if possible.
You can change how your Monitor interacts with various inputs. I have my work laptop from USBC to HDMI, then my personal computer from DP to DP. I know some have issues but there’s settings for that, just change it to your liking. I can wake my computer from sleep with my keyboard and it wakes the monitor up as well. I had settings before where it didn’t let it turn on after sleep.Cons:
The speakers are not the best, but they will do for the time being. -
