No help from Apple Support Community either. And if you google for help, it is practically nonexistent. Luckily, I figured it out on my own and it only took a few minutes (after I realized no one was going to help me BUT ME)… now am in VISUAL HEAVEN.

The screen is bright, fast responding and really beautiful. After around 3 weeks, though, it just died, went into permanent diagnostic mode. Apparently the only recourse is to return it. However, NOW it’s $400 more to replace it, so obviously I’m not given the option of doing so.
Really nice bait and switch there. Not only am I out of something I need for work (and fun) but to get it back I have to pay 50% more than I did the first time. Well played.

Good thing Amazon would rather get the return and do a refund.
