I’m currently on the phone with the 4th person, trying to get service set up for this monitor to be fixed. 2 hours and going… wish me luck!
Update: After being on the phone for 2.5 hours, the person told me my only option was to send the monitor to Samsung, then wait for them to fix and return it. They only do in-home service of monitor models sizes 30″ or more. The pixel died after 94 days. Buyer beware. -
