Shakes when I type and doesn't always come on?!

Purchased for work at home office. I have a new docking station and a new computer. For some reason the monitor does not always recognize when I put the laptop on the docking station which is connected to the monitor. I have the new D-Link cord and I also switched to a new HDMI but the monitor still doesn’t consistently come on. No it is not my laptop settings. Haven’t found a solution but I basically just keep unplugging it and plugging it in and rebooting everything till it finally all connects.
The other issue I have noticed is yes we followed the instructions to put the Monitor and the base together but anytime I type the whole monitor shakes like it’s about to fall over. Nothing on the desk shakes otherwise, not the pictures or anything like that, no papers, no drinks, etc not even the desk does not seem to be shaking, so I find it odd that typing is making the monitor Shake. My guess is the monitor itself seems to wobble a lot like it is either too heavy for the base or something. I’m currently putting things under the base to see if I can either shore it up a bit or something. It looks like my only option is to call Samsung and we all know how those discussions go with the manufacturer so I will just try to find a solution myself.
Great picture and great height adjustment ability, but the monitor seems a bit finicky not consistently coming on.
Update the monitor comes on regularly now (knock on wood), I still hate the constant blue flashing light from the bottom center of the monitor when I disconnect. Useless and annoying. Monitor still shakes like crazy when I type, it’s slightly better with heavy duty double sided tape. I purchased an adjustable monitor arm/mount to see if mounting onto the back of the desk makes anything more sturdy. If it does I’ll have mixed feelings, because the problem will be solved but I paid for the adjustable height and tilt features which I wouldn’t have paid for if I’d known the base is sub par and I’d be looking for other mounting options and spending more money.
At this point I wish I had either kept my old monitor or bought something besides this one. Almost 4 months in and I hate working everyday because of the monitor shaking!!
