Seeing this flashy behavior, I was really surprised this screen was from Samsung!
Also, I was told at the store that the brightness was 850 nits, but it turned out to be 350 nits. It’s probably good that it was only 350 nits because the screen flashing would have been much worse it it was even brighter.

I purchased and returned because it did not play well with a Mac Mini. Scaling to have usable text will produce fringing and color shifts. Again, not the monitor’s fault, but if you have a Mac investigate the size and resolution before buying any monitor.
