    will not stay connected to my laptop. the connection is no longer than 30 secs at a time. worked fine the first few days. wouldn’t you know it. then it started this and wont stop. after troubleshooting my entire setup, its definitely the monitor. im just thankful im still in the return window. do not buy this under any circumstances

    I’ve had Samsung monitors for a few generations of computers. I purchased two of these from Amazon on Black Friday.

    YOU CAN NOT DISABLE DEEP SLEEP! If you have two monitors and your computer goes to sleep then these monitors will reset the position of all windows back to a single monitor.

    Went through Samsung support and they offered to ship it back and look at it under warranty – BUT if they don’t find a “defect” they will charge you before returning the monitor.

    This is the “expected” outcome – so it’s not a defect – so if you send it in for this issue (which Samsung CSR said was the ONLY solution available – they WILL charge you.

    Decent monitor otherwise if you know what you’re getting at 60hz.
