I called bestbuy online and spoke with online support team Nameera. I was told that because I ordered online and picked it up in the store, there was nothing she can help with and I would need to speak with someone in the store. This doesn’t make sense to me because this is an online order.
I asked where I can file a complaint or a claim. She said there was NO place in Bestbuy that customers can file a complaint or a claim with.

I tried making all possible adjustments, but I was not satisfied with the colors when connected to my MacBook Pro using an HDMI extension. Additionally, the refresh rate dropped significantly to 30 Hz with the Apple HDMI adapter. When tested with a Mac Mini and direct HdMI output the refresh rate was fine, but the colors still appeared unnatural. Even the control buttons are located in a bad position to drive OSD menus comfortably. No height adjustments. My overall experience about this Samsung monitor is very bad!

A transparent box pops up with laughable controls which you have to toggle in different directions to accomplish minor tweaks. It’s inexcusable that the power/control button is out of sight in the back of the monitor. I don’t see how one could really adjust the colors or brightness with any precision. I’m keeping it because I was desperate to replace my monitor because I’m very busy. I’m very unhappy that there is no way to seriously tune the colors and brightness. The hidden button is a joke. It’s very anti-person. Oh, and there is no speaker, just a a sound jack.
