    This replaced a Samsung u32j590uqn 32″ 4K business display that blew up within 2 years of service… Hesitant to buy this consumer grade device, but it comes with 3 warranty and was too inexpensive to pass up for an on-the-fly replacement. Make sure you turn on HDR via Windows OS, makes a huge difference in display quality. The jog (menu) button can be infuriating to use though, be warned.

    I bought two of these for my new WFH office setup in August. Both of my monitors like to black out for a few seconds before coming back on and sometimes my screens will show up with red pixels all over my screen. Additionally- it’s not very adjustable, you can only adjust then at an angle and not up and down due to how the stands are built. What brought me to write this review is that Samsung support was REALLY not helpful in solving my issues with the display (I would have to ship the monitors in myself and wait two weeks for them to come back which isn’t ideal if I WFH). Since I can’t afford the downtime- I’m back on the hunt for new screens. Samsung really failed here.

    Ordered this on sale for same day delivery yesterday, paid extra because I’m going out of town for a week today. Never delivered, canceled late night by delivery person. I chatted with BB “customer service” twice trying to cancel and they couldn’t help. I went to my local store, and they too couldn’t help.

    I’ve spent probably 12K this year at BB, because I want to support local stores instead of Amazon. Zero help and they’re holding this hostage, with a “maybe deliver in a couple of days” message. Seriously BB. Do better. This will get stolen and not my care. BB failed and BB will refund this after it’s stolen. How dare you not enable a cancel after you failed to deliver same day and then lock anyone out of canceling???
