You must have a light to be able to find the controls other than the volume, channels and power button. My old remote was easier to use, and find the buttons from memory but was not lighted either.

I was a bit apprehensive though at first when we looked at this Bravia because some of the reviews, (more than I’m comfortable with), gave it less than desirable reviews/scores treating it like a bottom feeder or something because of UHD. I was curious to see for myself since I’ve never had a bad experience with any of our Sony products, but also never purchased UHD. Til this day no issues and I’m pretty sure we’re good moving forward.
