    This is our second Sony Bravia. We are pleased with the clear crisp picture and ease of operation we have with Sony Television.There are less expensive TVs on the market but I don’t mind paying a little extra for quality.

    1st Bravia I had was older serial number, but new and even with updates had issues. Sony was going to send me a new one, but I was within the return at Best Buy. Best Buy came out, exchanged for same model and it is fantastic. The new one did not need the software updates and was more recently made. Any buyer remorse went away because of both Best Buy and Sony customer service. Only issue was that it did not have RCA jacks for my expensive Sony DVD player, the DVD did not have HDMI, so had to get new Sony DVD for about the same price as the RCA to HDMI conversion box.

    I was looking to end the holiday spending spree with a new TV for my bedroom. The Bravia 3 is an entry level tv that delivers the experience I was looking for. While it is a little more expensive than some other brands, the features and build quality leave me without any complaints. Video games work very well, whether they be PC or console, and I am able to do some late night gaming without any juttering ir slow down issues.

    The downsides of the TV are relatively minimal. If you wanted something larger for the living room or have the money to spend on OLED, this tv would likely not suit your needs.

    All in all, the TV works very well for it’s purposes, and I would give it a 8/10 on a good day.
