    Color is great, size is perfect. Sound is alright but we use our sound bar anyway. What is the most disappointing is sometimes it won’t turn on and we have to unplug the cord to “soft” restart. I’ve already did all the updates and setting back to factory and then having to reload all my apps. It worked for a bit but now it’s like once a week. Also the sound randomly stops working I have to manually switch to TV speakers then back to sound bar for it to come back on. Very disappointed Best Buy told me to call Sony because it’s under warranty even tho I purchased their warranty. I’m just exhausted with this TV and don’t have time to return an entire TV and pay for shipping. Don’t bother with this one, go with any other brand.

    Great picture but horrible TV. This TV drops WIFI constantly and seemingly no fix from Sony (I am very tech savvy). I have tried everything and no luck. I have been using my mobile hot spot as a work around but now I am selling the TV, will never buy a Sony again. I have a cheaper TCL Google TV and it works perfectly with my WIFI.

    Bought the Sony – 43″ Class BRAVIA 3 LED 4K UHD Smart Google TV (2024) Model:K43S30 SKU:6578580. Within 2 days had the channel screen freeze as noted by other reviews. Sony response is to factory reset and restart. Best Buy store rep said to change antenna source. Did not work. Returned and received a replacement. Two days later same screen freeze. I was going to by another like model, now I’m not.
    Sony needs to have a software update to solve this problem.
