    Bought this TV from Best Buy out of the box it did not work. I have so far spent over 12 hours between Best Buy and Sony customer service trying to get resolution still don’t have an answer on it. They continue to add new layers and new layers upon new layers first you go through two layers of customer service help ““ where they take you through the set up and the reset up of the TV that took about two 2 1/2 hours Then you get an email saying please take pictures of the TV so we can return it or do whatever they’re gonna do so I take the pictures send them on my Apple iPhone to them as requested then I get an email back saying we can’t accept them in the Apple to our format so you’re gonna have to find another way to send the pictures to me Then you just ask what is the final what are you guys gonna do? Are you gonna give me a TV or you gonna do – still waiting!

    I have had the TV for 2+ months. The video and sound are amazing. Unfortunately it has frozen many times and had to unplug the TV. In Netflix you lose sound and have to go to the homepage and back in. It has on several occasions lost internet when no other device in the house had problems. Also had to unplug.
