While the Sony picture quality is excellent, I could not get it to work properly. I followed the on screen set up closely. It would not let me get to the channels that I liked to watch. I used my network name, my tv provider name, and all passwords. It was ridiculously difficult to get it functioning correctly. After a solid week of trying, I gave up and returned the TV. I hope that I get my money back eventually.!! A very disappointing experience. I did call the support phone number and after several chat bots, I got human who had little advice that was helpful.
