Incredible picture and easy to setup, despite the lack of printed manuals. Much simpler to use than older sets. The access to Apps and the ability to add external storage are tremendous. There are some things to not like such as a non-backlit remote and the table stand no longer has space between the legs for a soundbar.

I purchased from Best Buy and had Geek Squad deliver it and set it up. I really like the picture on the TV, but there is a major flaw.
This TV is constantly losing the Wi-Fi connection. I’ve had it for three weeks now and it has happened twice. The worst part is that when I go to reconnect, the TV doesn’t show any available WiFi networks. The only solution is to unplug the TV, wait a few minutes and it will reconnect. For a TV that cost this much, in this day and age consistent dropping WiFi is unacceptable! I don’t know what this glitch is, but to lose the functionality to stay connected to the internet is ridiculous. And when this happens to lose the capability to find ANY WiFi networks without unplugging is beyond frustrating. I’m disabled and climbing around the back of the TV to unplug it, takes major effort on my part.
All my other devices work fine, even called my internet provider, no issues. It’s this TV! Look for a better TV- I used to have such faith in Sony, no more. -
