    Backlight screen was broken and screen wouldn’t turn on. Extremely frustrating as I spent 3+ hours trying to troubleshoot and customer service was not helpful once I got through. Geordi the technician from Geek Squad was great but it wasn’t something that could be fixed. I tried to schedule an exchange but ran into issues with the model was no longer available and then I couldn’t arrange for the delivery of a similar model with installation and had to return the unusable unit for a refund and then I can order a new unit. The whole telephonic experience was frustrating to say the least. Please do better.

    Bought the Sony Bravia 43″ Feb 2025 & 75″ Nov 2025. Both remotes the back button (channel return) does not work in TV mode. Sony has furnished a secondary remote with the streaming service. Upgrade my remote software or provide me with 2 Sony Remotes for this function.
