    I waited 2 years for my Sony Bravia and the first on lasted 12 months then black screen of death..Second on was delivered the day after Thanksgiving ruining my plans..It came with scratches which I called about immediately..It lasted 5weeks-a Sony Bravia 65” brand new and Google TV glitched out..Now I’m waiting on TV #3 in 14 months and still not satisfied..Delivery today on TV # 4..Hopefully Best Buy and Sony will deliver what I’ve paid 4 times for and waited to surprise myself..This TV when working properly is amazing,I even purchased a Google Chrome Streaming for my other TV and love it so I’m willing to try again

    Ordered this open box in “excellent” condition. The styrofoam was mostly intact, the cardboard box was a little beat up but taped up well. Everything inside the box (cable, remote control, etc.) was in its original packaging, unopened. Problem is that it was missing a leg! BestBuy won’t send a replacement leg, only do a refund or replacement in store or through a UPS store. This was too much of a hassle for us, so we just ordered replacement legs from eBay.

    The TV itself is great, sound quality seems pretty good by itself, but we have it running through a soundbar.

    5 stars for the TV itself, but 2 stars because BestBuy couldn’t be bothered to make sure all the parts were there.
