Picture is vibrant and colorful. Setup takes a bit long, it more than likely will do a firmware update, so hopefully you are not in a rush. It is pretty straightforward though and it has easy to follow-along steps. Picture brightness can easily be adjusted with the built-in presets.
To take advantage of all the Smart-TV functions, you’ll need a google account or a gmail account. It integrates you youtube history as an added easy-access benefit too. -

I first got a LG oled which I didn’t like. The motion on it gave me a headache. Then I got a Samsung QLED and Neo QLED. I couldn’t get the picture to look right for movies on both TVs and the Neo QLED was way bright. Watched a movie on the Sony Bravia 3 at the demo room at Best Buy while in professional picture mode and decided on this TV. Tested a few movies at home and they all looked really good in professional mode. Sports look great also.
The downside was I had to tweak a few settings to get the TV to work right especially when turning off the TV it would want to restart . Upon buying the TV I had to download the firmware which took about an hour before I could even start using the TV. Also there is no app as far as I know that works with the TV. And there were a few other settings that I had to tweak.

I have to restart it almost every time I try to use it and it fully will not let me log in to some services that it technically supports (for example: every single time I try to log on to HBO it lets me log on and then when I try to play something it prompts me to log on again). Really truly trash, do not recommend unless you are much more patient than I (and also don’t care about watching anything on HBO).

I have been happy with it and fits my stand perfectly. The remote is nice and more better then the Amazon TV remote. With the Amazon remote you have to hold down the home button and wait for the input selection to come up. With the Sony remote it’s just a simple click and there’s the input selection. The quality is nice with no problem compared to Samsung because with Samsung the screen quality is garbage because I had a Samsung back in 2020 and it had the green screen problem.
