    From the moment I bought it, this TV has had constant internet connectivity issues.
    I even purchased a top-rated Wi-Fi extender, but that didn’t help. I have an 800 Mbps internet plan at home, and as shown in the photos, the TV indicates an “Excellent” connection, while my phone shows download speeds of 222 Mbps. Still, the TV fails to stream anything and repeatedly says, “Can’t connect right now.”
    I reached out to Sony support, but the experience was unhelpful and disappointing.

    Picture is excellent as are the controls and ease of navigation through the apps. Love Sony products. The only issue is the power cord connection to the tv appears to be very sensitive. I have lost power twice and had to take it off the wall twice in order to push the cord in tight. No reason for it to loosen.

    Good price, but disappointment with Sony quality.
    The picture was okay, but it had issues with eARC – sound randomly gets distorted for a second or two; very long connection time to the receiver when TV is turned on with screen flickering and sound going back and forth between the TV speakers and the surround system.
    Also internet connection was inconsistent, dropping sometimes for no reasons. Not a major issue, but very inconvenient when it happens.

    Sony has the worst Technical Support, their TV legs are terrible they don’t lock into place and then you have to worry about it falling off, I do not like anything about Sony and this TV weighs a ton, absolutely ridiculous I would never recommend this product ever!
