Thought it was time to upgrade so I finally did Black Friday of 2023 and I’m sad I did. The color… I mean sure it’s an upgrade but it’s not WOW. The apps… I guess it’s an upgrade. The software is extremely frustrating and just flat out junk. Apps will randomly close on me and another one will open up. I could be watching Amazon prime and then my Spotify will open up and music will just start. Same thing when turning off my tv at night and then turning it on the following day after work, so roughly a 15 hour time passing and the same app will still be open as if the tv was never turned off so I have to exit out of it to get to the Home Screen. It makes me feel like a ghost is controlling my tv just to punk me. Overall disappointed and mad. Maybe look for something else if you’re in the market.
