The next couple of days called to verify appointment and was told they have no record of anything. Was super frustrated. Now I have an expensive paper weight. Was transferred to another agent and was told they will be shipping me a new one for exchange. Finally got the new tv. Now it works like it’s supposed to. Just wish this would have happened the first time. The last agent I talked to was super helpful and easy to work with. Handled all my concerns the way it should have been done the first time. After all that it now works well. The delivery guys were awesome and on time
