However, this is the first Sony product that has disappointed me. The “smart” functions of the TV are like a glitchy android phone. The picture sometimes gets too washed out with excessive brightness. Both of these issues can be cleared by unplugging and replugging power. Simplify turning off and back on with the remote does not always work. This is unacceptable in my opinion. I am being generous to give it a 3 star rating.
