    Tv has a good picture but not as clear as other tv’s we were looking at. Wasnt told that Sony doesnt stream with Spectrum and a few other apps we use which forced us to purchase another item to be able to stream our apps we normally watch. We went in for one tv and went out with a different tv the sales person said that it was one of the best tv and picture that the tv we were looking at wasnt such a good brand and was returned alot with issues. We have been back in the store a couple times since the purchase and other tv’s a bit cheaper have a more colorful/vibrant picture then the sony we purchased.

    This was an unexpected purchase when our 4 year old Samsung 52” Smart TV zonked out without warning. Off to Best Buy we went. A replacement Samsung tv would have set us back $350 compared to the Sony at well over $550, but our aging Sony in the family room has been super reliable with great picture for 10 or more years, so the choice was easy. The new Sony TV has a nice bright picture and while synchronizing the cable remote was a 5 step process, we seem to have it dialed in. TV is used for cable programming and streaming with no issues hooking up to Apple TV
