This one includes a firmware update for the remote after updating the tv itself. Takes about 2 minutes to complete the remote flash. Have good batteries installed to aviod mishaps.
Pretty much all of those remote/os issues are resolved.
The worst experience was trying to navigate the channel menu when using a digital antenna you couldn’t go more than 6 channels before it timed out and reset to the channel you were watching previously. Now fixed.
Not bad as a second monitor as well.
