The box arrived on time (but Fed Ex did not ring the door bell; they just dropped it off on the porch…) However, although all the parts were present there were no instructions for set up. We had to go on line to find the TV on the Sony site and look through their materials to see how to set up the TV. It is now working well but set up took a few hours.
