    Picture quality is good, however the apps constantly fail to stream when running from a wired, fiber optic connection. Short of going into settings and restarting the TV the apps will stream for a while, then just give the infinite wheel and finally close. On all streaming apps.

    This was the worst buying and delivery experience i have ever had. I will never purchase throuth Best Buy again. This was a Christmas gift for our daughter and granddaughter, and customer service with them is HORRIBLE. They don’t call you back and they don’t give you correct information on your product or delivery. They’re short on help so they rely on 3rd party contractors who.don’t follow through. It took nearly 3 weeks for product to be delivered and installed, and i paid alot of extra money to have it installed and set up.

    The tv is great. There was no remote in the box and any attempt to remedy this with Best Buy was horrible. There is absolutely no way to contact the store. I was forced to purchase a remote at my cost to use my new tv.

    The installation was a little weird to hang it up the holes were on the lower back of the tv instead of being in the middle. The tv itself is great and the volume as well.
