Trying to get a hold of Samsung Customer Service is ridiculous. When I called, I chose the option to be called back when somebody was available. Sitting on hold for three hours. Started reading the reviews and realized there is only a one year warranty. Almost $2000 down the drain. I would think for that kind of money it would last more than a year and a half. I will never ever buy anything that has the Samsung name on it. I would suggest you do the same. This is a 85” tv.
