We are seasonal so not using this TV except for a few months each year. Open box works perfectly for us. We have never regretted going this route. Best Buy is very fair I their ratings and offer superb discounts for open box items. Always add a soundbar as the TV audio is just adequate. Adding ATMOS/Dolby support really completes the setup.
