    This is one of the worst customer experiences I have when it relates to the delivery of the TV. Constant changes on the delivery time and then the guy never showed up. It doesn’t make sense when they text you one thing and you can see the guy’s location on the app.
    Called in to support and after speaking with two agents was told sorry…we’ll just inconvenience you another day.

    I have reason to believe this was a pre-owned or refurbished TV. Several problems. The CHAT line with Best Buy was no help at all. No warranty card with given with delivery of this item

    The picture is absolutely gorgeous but the operating system is absolutely not ready for prime time. It not only is clunky but gets hung up and freezes forcing me to restart my TV. It stutters on streaming also forcing me to restart the TV. Sony should be embarrassed about putting out a product obviously not finished. I don’t recomend buying this TV until they fix the OS. I gave it 2 stars because of the Operating System
