Also, the power does not go off after a certain period of time. I can only scan to my phone and then email to my fesk top, this sucks. Not for printing pictures, just plain terrible. Good for letters or word text, but don’t be in a hurry very slow process. Had an Epsom but needed a smaller footprint. Guess yhe smaller footprint meant less quality. My Bad!!

It was only about a year old. We previously had an HP printer with fewer issues.
Now we purchased this Canon and really are glad. It was very easy to set up using my phone and then I connected our computers. The printer stays connected to WiFi and stays connected. It has apps that make printing documents or photos so easy. It also has two places for paper so I use one for letter size and one for photo paper. Again, makes everything so easy. If I haven’t printed anything for a while I just push the power button to wake it up and it is ready to go. I would recommend this printer for home use. -

This little printer fits perfectly on our counter so happy about that. The print quality is pretty average among printers. Had a bit of an issues with connection but that seems to be a common issue with alot of printers. My HP had similar issues as well. I wish ink was cheaper than it is. Not sure if there’s a way around that or a cheaper site to order from. Overall its a good little printer that will serve your average household printer needs just fine.

It worked perfectly right out the box. any by the way, no cover box was used, only the printer box. The printer is so masculinly cute for men use as well as women and compact but prints fast smooth and easy. It connects to your wifi and devices quick and easy. I sure hope this last at least a year minimum and on the best side three or more years – Thanks Canon! if this printer does not hold up I will do a second review to give a better evaluation for the duration long term use which is the real test of any such product. It prints pages much faster than I thought – The long term use of the ink is now the final measure and that will take another week or two- see you then!

The printer is easy to install and has a small footprint. There is a 35-sheet auto document feeder and two 100-sheet paper trays. It automatically prints on both sides of the printer. This printer can be controlled by the color LCD touchscreen. The print is sharp and clear. I haven’t tried printing color photos as yet.The ink is expensive. This printer uses two ink cartridges, one black and one color. Since black is the color used most, this is a good thing. You can purchase just the black cartridge when it runs out of ink.
For the price, this is a really good printer.
