I’m re-installing it on my MacBook. Worked fine for a month, not it’s not connecting. I tried everything the online guide suggests. Also: the printer didn’t come with a cable to use as an alternative when WiFi is not working.
This is my first Canon. I had 2 HP printers before and I guess I’ll have to go back to that brand. -

I wasted my money on this and too late on being able to get a refund. I bought this in June and now having problems. Showing error signs about an issue with when I try to print. Saying the printer if off line but it’s connected to the WiFi well and is literally turned on.
Tried to disconnect and reconnect and same thing. Canceling the job even just shows “in progress please wait” – tried to turn off and back on but could not even turn the flipping off. Continued to say “turning off in progress please wait” dude…..I’ve been waiting for about an hour now.
When it is actually working the quality is great, printing in color looks great. I have not tried the scanner but I’m sure that is working when the printer is actually working. So out in the back or goodwill it goes and maybe someone else can figure it out. Very disappointed

It is nice looking, product details boast a lot of nice features but the printer doesn’t even work. The ink comes out very light grey IF IT EVEN PRINTS. Constantly jams and throws error messages. Will print blank sheets. Takes forever to turn off and on. Just flat out the worst printer I’ve ever used.
