    Purchased this EcoTank for my adult daughter. This is a great printer. I still use an Epson 3670 series (7 years old), usually in the wireless mode for an iMac and MacPro (2017 edition). I always use 502 branded ink. It’s easy to fill the tanks; lasts long as advertised, & much more cost effective than cartridges. I’ve had very few paper jams, which have been easy to clear. The usual stoppage is I haven’t loaded the paper

    This is my third Epson printer and the ink storage function will save you a fortune if you print a lot of color, like me.
    Photo finish is mm great, changing sizes of papers is easy. The back paper loading drop design is easier then tray design when you need to add a single pcs of photo paper.
    Great price, prints beautifully and has not jammed like tray storage printers., easy wireless setup. I use 3rd party print apps with no issues.

    I am a long time Epson fan. This unit is designed poorly. The operating screen is tiny, bad for anyone with poor eyesight. The instructions are dumb. For example “COPY?” if you hit OK it says “invalid” – instead a very small prompt wants you to hit the diamond with a line in it.

    I loved my last 4600 unit, this one I hate.

    We started homeschooling our 5 year old. Before I had an HP with the ink subscription and it was costing way too much. I saw so many recommendations for this printer and the eco tank specifically and so far it has been amazing! I can’t speak for how long the ink lasts yet since I’ve only had it a few days but I print almost every day and all the prints so far have been perfect. Color looks good and no smears or faded areas.

    The set-up was, shockingly, a breeze. This is my third go at setting up a printer this year. The other two (both HPs), were impossible. One of them the power cord didn’t fit AT ALL, and HP refused to send a replacement for free. Go figure. I sent it back. The other HP cost me days on the phone with customer service before I gave up and returned it. I had to get professional help to remove all the Wizards, extensions, etc. I am pretty sure HP is still lurking in the bowels of my computer. Nothing I have purchased to replace all I lost in the LA fires was as seamless at this Epson. Everything worked on the first go and I am impressed with the speed and print quality. P.S. Even though I am a naysayer, I used AI to help me decide which printer to try this time around. It was surprisingly successful!
