We’ve made chicken thighs, chicken wings, and salmon and everything has come out perfectly.
Also used it to make frozen pizza rolls and they came out perfectly hot, crispy, and no cold center!
The interface is really easy to use- a simple wheel to select what you’re doing and click to select.
The basket is a great addition but some things are made better without using it.
Reheats leftovers well. I enjoy the function where it beeps half way through cook time to indicate to flip your food. No need to set an additional timer! -

Still, being a big fan of Instant Pot, I decided to give it a try—and I’m glad I did. The day it arrived I was prepping snapper fillets for dinner and figured I’d gamble on the new oven instead of my usual stovetop method.
Setup was quick and straightforward, and the control panel is intuitive, almost foolproof. I seasoned the snapper, set it for 8 minutes, and when it was done the skin had even crisped up nicely—better than I expected. From that moment I was sold on this gadget, and I’m now looking forward to experimenting with more healthy meals in it.
Cleanup was just as impressive. The oven wiped down easily, and as a tip, lightly oiling the basket or rack before cooking makes cleanup even simpler. This is hands-down the first air fryer I’ve used that truly feels like a keeper.

Great so far but worried about condensation

I air fried some tofu however and there was condensation in between the glass for the door, which took hours to go away – there was also water dripping from the top.
I reached out to the company and this is what they said:
“ a small amount of condensation during use can be normal, especially when cooking with high moisture content.
However, water trapped between the glass that you cannot access or wipe down should not continue to build up over time.
We recommend the following:
Allow the unit to cool completely after use and keep the door open slightly to let any moisture evaporate.”I’ll keep an eye on it and update if it gets worse.

I used to have to wait for the large oven to preheat which took over 15 minutes. By the time my large oven even preheats I’m done making something in the instapot! It’s incredible!
The large window is very nice to be able to monitor your foods progress. It does not take that much room on the countertop for how spacious it is inside. Get this instapot instaheat, I use it everyday!
