Had such high hopes for this and I toasted twice and baked once for 15 minutes! The seal at the front door were not adhering to the metal. Getting returned. In addition, though I didn’t use it long enough to know more about it, I do know these things. It was heating up the area around the oven, hot and not just a little. Hot to the touch around the oven. I don’t think this is a safe item.

As has been mentioned, it does get very warm on the outside of the oven. I find it cools off quickly though. I would appreciate a more detailed explanation about how to use all its functions from a to z, as I am not an intuitive person, and it took a while for me to figure out how to start it and set time and temperature. A much more detailed manual would help. I would purchase it again because I like the results of the cooking.

With that said, I’m willing to give up some counter space to keep this out all the time. Heck, It’s too big to put anywhere else anyway… This does take up some serious countertop space so be prepared for that, Like 20″ wide by 17″ deep… And they want you to have another 5″ all around it while it’s in use so….
While I’m thinking about it… it does come with a 1 year warranty. I’d personally opt for the 3 or 4 year extended warranty… it’s pennies based on the cost of this in the first place.
While I don’t use this for baking, it’s great for the air fry feature. I have a family of 4 and I still have to do two batches depending on what I’m cooking…Sadly I’ll admit that I get out my other air fryer and use it at the same time to get the job done all at once.
The toast feature is one thing this does very well… and easy… The bread I bake is not usually the square shape of wonder bread so I can only get about 4 slices in at a time… but it works for me.
I’ll state this… it has a 30 day money back guarantee so if you are thinking about it, you can put it to use in your own home and see if you have the space for it and if you like what it can do. If not, simply return it.
I’m pretty sure you will fall in love with it if you do get it… so be warned….

I’ve used it half a dozen times and it still looks brand new. One pizza dripped grease all over the crumb tray and it washed off with no scrubbing. All of the functions I’ve tried so far work well, but it will take some experimenting to find the best temp/time. I’ve found that this machine requires slightly more time or higher temps than air fryer directions on prepackaged food. The only thing I dislike so far is the machine beeps every couple of minutes when the door is open. That’s a minor annoyance compared to the ability to clean.

We decided to try this smaller version instead of replacing with the bulky and noisy Omni even though the price was the ame. In reality this newer version functions a bit different. The top heating elements are not the same: Omni has old fashion metal wires, while this new model has some glass elements. In a nutshell they do not perform the same when cooking a steak of lamb chops (as we often do) and the results are significantly different, with the Omni coming way on top.
The Glass elements are also protected by a cover, which makes the cleaning a challenging experience.On the plus side, the bulk is gone, the noise highly reduced and I guess that toasting bread or warming up food really makes no noticeable difference.
We are not into frying much so I am not expressing an opinion in that area. -

I really like how it looks and doesn’t take up alot of space. My first time using it, I cooked some salmon. After a minute went by on the timer, it started making a loud vibrating noise. I thought the door was slightly open but it wasn’t. I readjusted the air fryer on the counter, the noise finally stopped. A couple more minutes later, the noise started again. I think before it got delivered, it was dropped and something was knocked loose. I’m returning it for a new one and hopefully this won’t happen again.

They don’t ever really seem made to last though, so I cycle through them. This one, early returns are good. In the $150-200 price window that this one falls, it does a lot of things that some others don’t. It’s a little small, which is a counter space positive but a cooking lots of stuff negative.
It cooks evenly and preheats, I’d say reasonably quick for an air fryer, not my all time fastest but that one cost twice as much. Can’t speak to its longevity yet, that’s the one thing I’m worried about I’ve been burned (proverbially) more than once. But so far I’ve got no reason to believe that it won’t at least meet the standard.
