It's an amazing machine, was toying with getting one for a long time but my wife's 30th birthday was the perfect reason. The ability to make any cold dessert her brain can come up with is just genius. She hasn't got through all of the different modes yet but the soft serve function for ice cream gets a hammering. Also amazed at the calorie difference between some of the homemade recipes and a tub of ben and jerrys

Brilliant functions to use but downside is you have to freeze for 24 hrs, brilliant product, but I think the price is a little too much for what it is

The product is large so consider storage. I was rather disappointed because it dispensed four soft swirly ice creams per container unit which is not a lot. ( I have five grandchildren so one had to wait while I did the whole process again). The product only came with two containers so I wasted most of the ice cream in the second one. The instructions are rather difficult to follow but I suppose familiarity would speed up the process. The swirly soft ice cream was good . All in all I think it’s a lot of money for what it is and I wished I d gone for a simpler cheaper one.

The Ninja ice cream maker is an excellent piece of kit. The ice-cream I've made has been incredible this machine makes the ice-cream so creamy . The milkshakes are loved by my grandchildren, constantly making different flavours to try. This machine does so much more, I would highly recommend it.

I really like this machine. If you understand that you have to make and freeze the ice cream 24hrs before, then this machine does what it says. And if you make a few different ice creams at a time then once they have been frozen , then they're there ready to make. Nothing negative to say apart from maybe the size of the tubs.
