The CustRevs interface, proprietary synthesis algorithms, and design systems are protected by intellectual property laws. Product names, logos, manufacturer specifications, and original customer review quotes remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed under international Fair Dealing / Fair Use principles for consumer critique, review aggregation, and public benefit.
CustRevs provides review intelligence on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for absolute data fidelity, retail prices, product stock, and model availability change rapidly. Always confirm final specifications on the merchant's checkout page before completing purchases.
CustRevs and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from buying decisions made based on aggregated review summaries.
