Fast to cook , easy to clean , multiple options for cooking style with the Manual included. Excellent product with fast friendly delivery. 12/10 would recommend to anyone !!!!!!!! The crispy twice cooked spuds are worth it alone !

Don't expect it to last more than a year or two

Great device when it works. The problem is that they fail after 1-2 years of regular use, due to poor engineering. I've had a number of them that have broken on me. If you search around you'll see the many issues that people have with wiring and sensors failing around the lid, leading to dreaded error messages that make the machines unusable. Ninja warranty might cover you initially, but any replacements aren't covered by warranty.

Waste of space, waste of time.

Do not buy it as a pressure cooker, more often than not you'll be scraping burnt food off the base of the pan as the unit fails to get up to pressure, it's an absolute pain in the backside to use properly. I had an instant pot before this and that was a joy to use compared to this. It's an okay air fryer but the other Ninja models are much better, faster, more efficient with better frying results. The other 13? functions, never used. Massive, takes up loads of counter space.

Overpriced and faulty after 3 years!

Stopped working after 3 years from purchase. Of course guarantee expired. Keeps displaying “shut the lid”, not detecting lid even though it’s closed. Tried to troubleshoot and found lots of reviews with exactly the same fault, and happening after 3 years. Coincidence? I would expect something more sufficient from the brand and price.

This product is brilliant for those with busy lives and limited time. It holds enough for a family and is so much better than the traditional slow cooker. Having just one lid also saves loads of space. Brilliant item

Seems to do just about everything you need when cooking. A bit scary to start but found AI helpful.

Love everything but the rack

We had the bigger one, but it died. This is more suited to our needs and is great, but the rack is far inferior, verging on dangerous..it seriously needs a revisit. It lets down an otherwise amazing product - both my wife and I have burnt ourselves repeatedly on it...

hard to clean
